Teachers and Students from the Inner Mongolia University of Technology Visited Kingride

On March 14 a group of about 60 students and lecturers from Inner Mongolia University of Technology (IMUT) which specialises in process equipment and control engineering visited and exchanged ideas with Kingride.

Executive Vice President Luo Lan Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer Zhaorong Sun and Stainless Steel Industrial Products R&D Manager Wang Zheng welcomed the visiting teachers and students and guided them around the manufacturing line for a field visit and exchange.

Mr. Sun guided the visiting instructors and students around the stainless steel welded pipe production workshop pipe fittings production workshop technology research and development centre laboratories the company's product showroom the corporate culture showroom and so on.

Mr. Sun presented the welded pipe workshop as the primary production facility for the products sold under the "Kingride" brand.  We can provide customers with welded steel pipes for fluid transportation of stainless steel (austenitic super austenitic ferritic) and special materials (duplex steel titanium and titanium alloys nickel and nickel alloys zirconium alloys etc.) sanitary clean pipes stainless steel-carbon steel composite pipes etc. Our products range from Φ12 to Φ3000mm wall thickness of 0.8 to 70.0mm and wall thickness of 0.  The products include Φ12~Φ3000mm with wall thicknesses ranging from 0.8 to 70.0mm.

In the pipe fittings workshop Mr. Sun demonstrated the automated production process of stainless steel water pipes clamp fittings groove fittings and other goods sold under the "Jiurun Lihua" brand.  According to Mr. Sun Jurunde values collaboration with universities and has achieved a number of industrialisation outcomes via continual exchange and interaction.  The company has Shandong University Harbin Institute of Technology Shandong University of Science and Technology and other colleges and universities in the large diameter thick wall large diameter thin wall special materials special requirements of the welding process pickling and passivation process as well as stainless steel water pipe intelligent manufacturing and other aspects of cooperation and successfully realised a breakthrough in related technologies to satisfy customer needs and achieve differentiation.
