Kingride Hosts the Sixth Annual Mini-Marathon

Maple red and apricot yellow shine through the exquisite fall colour and scent.

The sixth Kingride mini-marathon was conducted in the gorgeous Xiaofu River Wetland Park Area B on November 3rd with a nice mood and a large crowd. The race was attended by the company's chairman Jiaquan Li general manager Yanguang Jia and other management and staff personnel as well as staff family members numbering over 150.

The occasion was presided over by Chaobo Tian Chairman of the Kingride Labour Union who delivered the start order.

This year's race is 7.6 km long beginning in Xiaofu River Wetland Park Area B's East Square and ending at the East Square after two loops.

Although the route is only 7.6 kilometres long the mild track and slopes are mixed with both wide straights and continuous curves and when combined with the nice scenery along the way it may be considered a classic track that offers both challenges and lovely scenery. It allows runners to fully test their physical capacity endurance and long-distance running skills in a changing track setting while also thoroughly experiencing nature's beauty.

At the race's opening ceremony Chaobo Tian chairman of the labour union stated that the corporation and the labour union have long been concerned about employees' free time and physical health. Marathon is a long-standing competition that is popular with everyone and has a rich history in Kingride. The company employs not just runners but also marathon lovers such as Jingyao He Zhenyu Su Fei Han Tao Yang Guoyao and other personnel who have competed in professional full-marathon races in several cities throughout the province and completed them successfully. We hope that everyone will actively engage in physical activity and enhance their physical fitness and we wish all participants excellent outcomes in this year's event. 

Mr. Jiaquan Li Chairman of the Board of Directors then delivered a speech in which he emphasised that physical exercise is a continuous investment in one's own health and he hoped that all employees would invest in their health through sports build a strong body and cultivate a positive attitude towards life. Kingride has always prioritised the staff's physical health and free time. The company's labour union and management continue to organise mini-marathon races and the development of the company's Yueku Running Group aims to encourage the majority of employees to actively engage in physical activity and improve their fitness.

Chaobo Tian the chairman of the labour union blew the whistle and the participants rushed out of the starting point like arrows from a string sparking a furious competition. Five coworkers who had recently competed in the 2024 Yellow River Mouth (Dongying) Marathon served as seed runners. Their participation not only raised the professional level of the event but also set a good example for other employees. On the track there were both seasoned "seed" runners and novices young and middle-aged individuals and energetic and adorable teenagers. They went all out to support each other demonstrating a sense of togetherness and cooperation as well as the guts to challenge the people of Kingride. 

After a tough and spirited race No. 070 Jingyao He won the men's title in 30 minutes and 27 seconds. No. 102 Na Song won the women's championship in 38 minutes and 00 seconds.

The mini-marathon not only increased team camaraderie and demonstrated the positive spirit of Kingride's employees but it also contributed to the development of the company's green and healthy corporate culture. Kingride will continue to create more opportunities for employees to express themselves and push themselves as we write a new chapter in corporate development together.
