The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology's Director, Mr. Zhiqiang Dou, Conducted Research and Visited Kingride

During the afternoon of January 3 Mr. Zhiqiang Dou Director of the Green Development Promotion Department of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and his cohorts conducted research and investigation at Kingride.  The visiting leaders were received by Chairman Jiaquan Li and Executive Vice General Manager Lan Luo.

Wenjie Hao the third-grade director of the Green Development Promotion Department of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology  Zengbo Fan the director of the Zhoucun District Industry and Information Technology Bureau Yan Guan the chief of the Green Development Department of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and Lin Wang the party group member and deputy director of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology were present during the investigation and research.

Initially Chairman Jiaquan Li escorted the research leaders to the company's product exhibition hall. Subsequently he entered the production line to discuss the company's practices in automated production informationization management green factory construction and other areas.

Mr. Jiaquan Li Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kingride stated that the company has prioritised technological innovation and scientific advancement as significant factors in its growth since its inception 18 years ago. The company is currently a national high-tech enterprise a national specialities and new "small giants" enterprise a Shandong Province manufacturing single champion enterprise a Shandong Province gazelle enterprise a Shandong Province green factory and a Shandong Province "one enterprise one technology" innovative enterprise.  Simultaneously the organisation maintains nearly ten research and development platforms including the Academician Workstation of the Chinese Academy of Engineering the Shandong Province Enterprise Technology Centre and the Shandong Province Engineering Research Centre for Stainless Steel and Non-ferrous metal Welding.  The company holds 17 patents and utility model patents.  It possesses over 30 utility model patents and 17 patents.

The company's manufacturing capacity of welded pipes is enhanced by its own patented technology and the industry's first-class equipment which also enhances production efficiency. This includes the production of large-diameter thick-walled and large-diameter thin-walled pipes as well as special materials and process requirements.  For instance continuous solution treatment capacity for large-diameter thin-walled welded pipes dual-phase steel and other special materials and large-diameter thick-walled pipe bending and welding are all examples of how to effectively address the unique requirements of customers in the industry.

Kingride is acutely aware of the significance of green manufacturing in the pursuit of sustainable development and consistently incorporates the concept of green development into all aspects of its production and operations.  The company has successfully completed the ISO14001 environmental management system certification and has implemented ERP CRM and other information management systems to promote a paperless office improve green production and management and strive to become an environmentally friendly enterprise.
