Kingride Hosted the 2025 Annual Safety Production Conference

Shandong Kingride hosted its 2025 Annual Safety Production Conference on the afternoon of January 3 in which the entire business participated.  Lu Wang director of the safety committee presented the Annual Production Safety Management Report and Jiaquan Li chairman of the board of directors Yanguang Jia general manager and other management people attended the meeting.

The meeting opened with Lu Wang director of the safety committee presenting a summary report on the 2024 annual safety production.  The report comprehensively summarised and reviewed the company's production safety management in 2024: the entire staff continued to improve the management system strengthen safety awareness and implement safety responsibility at all levels as well as doing a lot of solid and effective work to complete the annual safety tasks.  The Chairman Jiaquan Li announced the decision to laud production safety management in 2024 as well as the award-winning collective and individual accolades.

Following the award ceremony Chairman Jiaquan Li on behalf of the board of directors and General Manager Yanguang Jia on behalf of the management signed the 2025 Safety Responsibility Certificate with the managers at all levels.

Chairman Jiaquan Li then spoke in mobilisation for the 2025 safety project. Mr. Li added that the production rhythm was in a condition of constant adjustment throughout the year which presented enormous difficulties to the task of production safety; the continual changes in the external environment in the past year led to uneven distribution of orders in every month. The company up and down response positively schedule scientifically in the completion of the production work essentially protect the customer delivery but also to fulfil the defined safety production tasks in face of challenges. This absolutely indicates that the safety system built by the former organisation is effective and the full staff safety responsibility is awareness of its use.  Pay close attention to the way the cause of safety was applied yesterday; today's safety production goals will help to reach the results.  Traditionally the growing awareness of intangible safety production simply to have a constant sound system construction increases the safety of standardised operation of the tangible action.

Chairman Li underlined at the same time that although the successes belong to the past we should observe that the general economic structure is now undergoing significant transformation.  The company should hang on to the future demand client pain points to organise production the new circumstance new changes all of which call for us to be adaptable to the fast response.  Although time demands efficiency from time yield from efficiency and quality from yield whether the safety production system can fully adapt to the new situation and changes requires our whole staff to brainstorm and make constant efforts.

Finally Mr. Li urged everyone to continue to strengthen the awareness of production safety to enhance the intangible awareness standardise the tangible production operations; to standardise the implementation of the action by rules and regulations; to comprehensively improve the construction of the production safety management system to adapt to the new competitive situation so ensuring that the goal of production safety in 2025 is reached.
